A Forever Home Would Make This Mona Smile!

Mona is a super sweet and shy, pit bull/lab mix. She is estimated to be 7 months old.

This sweetie was found as a stray and WAG was contacted because the person couldn't keep her. Mona was malnourished and had a slight case of Demodex Mange, which is not uncommon for puppies.

Mona is on the small side, she only weighs 36 pounds. She is spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is house broken and crate trained. She is good with other dogs, unsure about cats. She knows some commands. She loves to play with her foster sister and romp around with her ball. She loves to cuddle and give kisses to everyone!

She is shy at first, but once comfortable she is your typical puppy. She would love a home with a confident brother or sister to play with and build her confidence.

Mona is still a puppy and will need continued training. Fenced in yard is a must!

She has came a long way and is ready for a fantastic home where she can shine! She would do best with no small children under 6. No apartments or condos.

Our adoption fee is $200.00 (cash or credit card)

This sweetheart will be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie!

I Gotta Feeling... Fergie Will Find Her Furever Home Soon!

Don'€™t you just love my ears?! My name is Fergie and I am a shepherd mix, approximately 6 months to a year old.

I was rescued from a local shelter where I was found by animal control tied up in an abandoned garage. I did have an owner but they were not very nice to me, and because of them I have a large lump on my head and am very skinny, I only weigh 35 lbs. I do have some large feet, but shouldn't get much taller. My foster mom thinks I should weigh between 45-50 lbs when filled out.

My personality: If you like snuggles, then I am the girl for you! I love sleeping with my foster mommy, sometimes I will sleep on top of her. Anywhere she goes I am right behind. I would not do well left alone for long hours.

My ideal family would be one with someone that is home most of the day. I can escape a heavy duty crate, but I don'€™t destroy anything in the house. I am about 95% house-trained. I sit nicely for treats and love to eat!

I enjoy walks and car rides and playing with anything that squeaks. I am fostered with two big dogs and get along just fine with them. I would do well with another young, playful dog. I am also fostered with cats. I will chase them if they run, but don't hurt them.

I will require some training, as I am still a pup. I am highly food motivated which will be a plus for training.

I give my promise to be a loyal companion that will give you a lifetime of love, if you promise to do the same!

Fergie is up to date on vaccines, on heart worm and flea prevention and will be spayed soon. Our adoption fee is $200.00 (cash or credit card)

This sweetheart will be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie!

Our Gorgeous Kira!

Kira is only about 3 years old and is very sweet.

This beautiful girl came to WAG with two babies and we were told this was her fourth litter in her short lifetime. We put a stop to that, and she is now looking to find her forever home to live out her baby-free life.

Kira is very sweet once she knows and trusts you. She is fostered with other cats and dogs and otherwise does well. Some larger dogs or hyper dogs may be a bit much for her to handle.

She loves to be pet and loved on and especially loves just lounging with you on the couch. She would love to find her forever home soon!

Our cat adoption fee is $75.00 and kittens are $60 plus refundable $25 spay / neuter deposit. (cash or credit card)

This sweetheart will be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie!

Our Purrrfectly, Imperfect Patrick!

Patrick is a fun, loving and handsome boy! He is a Siamese/Snowshoe mix at about 3 years old.

This sweet boy is believed to be partially or completely deaf, which is likely why he walks with his head tilt. It does not deter him at all and he is still the most loving and affectionate cat!

Because he is deaf, he tends to be a bit vocal and we believe it is because he can'€™t really hear himself.

Patrick does not like to jump over gates or large objects but will go up and down stairs without a problem. Patrick is fostered with dogs and cats and does well with both.

Patrick is neutered and up to date on his vaccinations. He would do best in a home with another cat to keep him company. No apartments or condos please, as he may be too loud for neighbors.

Our cat adoption fee is $75.00 and kittens are $60 plus refundable $25 spay / neuter deposit. (cash or credit card).

This sweetheart will be at the Livonia PetSmart on Saturdays from 11-3. Come up and meet this cutie!

Sprout is Full of Energy!

Hi there! I'm Sprout or my foster mom and dad call me Puddin Pop!! I got the nickname cause I'm so much fun! I love to play NASCAR running from one end of the house to the next looking to play with everyone and anything I can! I have been in foster care since I was a kitten cause I never did very well at events and I would get passed over. I'm older now at a year and I have started to be able to hang with the other felines at the events! I'm sure with my cuteness I will be adopted soon!

I do have one bad habit, I LOVE  human food. I love to snatch a nibble of lunchmeat or cheese at lunch and I will flip for a piece of burger in the evening. Most of the time my foster mom will just crack a can of food during dinner so I will leave them be or I don't mind hanging in the bathroom while everyone eats. Who wouldn't love people food right?

My adoption fee is $100. Please contact my foster mother if you are interested in a meet and greet with me, at kevangelist@hotmail.com or call the Pet Adpotion Center at 734-556-3135

We pride ourselves in contact with potential adopters within 24 hours so you won't be left waiting.

All Shelter to Home animals are fully vetted per their age. We believe in pediatric spay and neutering. All animals will be spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FeLV, given age appropriate boosters and rabies, dewormed, flea treated, and anything extra that is needed to give this feline a wonderful forever life in a permanent home.

Caspian Needs a Little TLC

Caspian loves people and cats! He is frightened of dogs and would do best in the company of one that is laid back and reserved. He is playful and cuddly, and loves to talk to people. He is neutered, vaccinated and tested negative for FeLV/FIV.

Caspian is one lucky black cat, proving he certainly has 9 lives. His owners moved and left him behind outside. This poor boy was so terrified, he tried to get inside neighboring houses. One neighbor brought him to animal control, where he sat in a cage waiting to be euthanized. He was so terrified he hid his face in the corner and refused to eat. Some how they forgot to euthanize him, and after a couple weeks in the pound he was rushed to the hospital with several other cats suffering a terrible viral infection. He was hospitalized for several days before making it to the adoption center, where he learned that people were not as scary as he thought. He was neutered, vaccinated and put up for adoption, but no one came. He sat in the pound all summer long before his foster mom pulled him into shelter to home. Caspian developed a nasal condition through his illness last spring that causes him to wheeze and sneeze regularly. He is undergoing medical care to try to manage this condition, but he may have life long recurrent symptoms.

For an application on Caspian, email his foster mom Katie at Katieb321@yahoo.com or call the Pet Adpotion Center at 734-556-3135.
You can meet Caspian at Shelter to Home's pet adoption center in Wyandotte.
