Doggy Love, Squared!

Bella and Izzy, a mother/daughter duo, are looking for their furever home.

Bella, a smooth coat dachshund, is approximately 11 pounds and 9 years old and Izzy, a long haired dachshund, is approximately 13 pounds and 8 years old.

Both are very affectionate, loving girls. Good with other dogs and children over 8 years old. Cats unknown. They would also need a fenced yard. They are crate trained, housebroken and wish to be adopted together, as they are a bonded pair.

Bella and Izzy have recently finished their vetting. They are up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, stools negative and microchipped.

They have both received dentals, leaving Izzy with no teeth and a deformed lower jaw. This does not stop her from eating and enjoying life, it just adds character to such a loving girl!

Bella also had many teeth extractions following her dental, she has 5 remaining teeth. During her vetting, a grade 2 heart murmur was also found. With further testing, it was determined she had a mitral valve defect. She was started on Enalopril to control her blood pressure and prevent/control any further heart issues. She is doing extremely well on her meds.

These girls want nothing but LOVE! They enjoy being outside, chasing squirrels, car rides and lots of snuggling. If you have a place in your heart and home for Bella and Izzy, please fill out an application at www.waganimalrescue.com

Bella and Izzy are not always at the Petsmart Adoption events, but once an adoption application is completed, arrangements can be made with their Foster Mom to set up a "meet and greet" at your convenience.

Their adoption fee is $375.00 (cash or credit card)
